Cull the Swarm(!) is a “danmaku”, known in the West as a “Bullet Hell” top-down shooter. The game’s aesthetic plays on the tropes of sci-fi and horror B-movies of the mid-twentieth century, in a world facing a massive alien insectoid invasion.​
